Neil E. Foulger, M.A., M.L.S. Electronic Resources / Serials Services Librarian LWLC Liaison for History / Political Science and Music
I earned my undergraduate degree in International Relations from American University in 1990. I completed two master's degrees: Master's in Linguistics (American University, 1992) and Master's of Library Science (Indiana University, 1999).
Since 2001, I have served the Levi Watkins Learning Center of Alabama State University as the Collection Development Librarian (2001-2010) and Electronic Resources / Serials Services Librarian (2010-present). I am familiar with the print and electronic resources available to the ASU community and assist in their management. Due to my interest in history across various periods and cultures as well as observation of political systems and trends, I am also the LWLC Liaison to the History / Political Sciences Department.
