Neil E. Foulger, M.A., M.L.S. Electronic Resources / Serials Services Librarian LWLC Liaison for History / Political Science and Music
I earned my undergraduate degree in International Relations from American University in 1990. I completed two master's degrees: Master's in Linguistics (American University, 1992) and Master's of Library Science (Indiana University, 1999).
Since 2001, I have served the Levi Watkins Learning Center of Alabama State University as the Collection Development Librarian (2001-2010) and Electronic Resources / Serials Services Librarian (2010-present). I am familiar with the print and electronic resources available to the ASU community and assist in their management. Due to my interest in various musical styles and genres along with assistance with the 2008 and 2018 Department of Music accreditations, I volunteered to serve as LWLC Liaison to the Department of Music. I am also the LWLC Liaison to the Department of History and Political Science.
